Trains between Carlisle and Glasgow are disrupted after damage has been caused to overhead electric lines.
It is being reported that a tree has fallen on the line in Southern Scotland.
Avanti West Coast said all lines are blocked between Carstairs and Lockerbie.
It is estimated that disruption will continue until around 2pm.
