Cumbria police have released a video of a dangerous chase through Carlisle after a driver was banned from the roads.
The constabulary’s roads policing unit said: “This individual was wanted for multiple offences and suspected of drink driving.
“They failed to stop for our armed response vehicle and drove dangerously through Carlisle – putting lives at risk.
“Thanks to swift action by officers, they were caught, charged, and found guilty.
“They’ve now received a driving ban for dangerous driving.
“There’s no excuse for dangerous driving. We’re committed to keeping our roads and communities safe.”
