
Police are investigating an assault in Barrow – and are looking for the victim and two of the suspects.
Officers were told that the male victim was dragged to the floor by three men, who then punched and kicked him, outside McDonald’s on Dalton Road.
It happened at around 8.55pm on June 19.
A 26-year-old man, of Barrow, was located by police and arrested on suspicion of assault.
He has since been released under investigation, while enquiries continue.
Police are appealing for witnesses and details of the two other men and the victim.
The victim is described as wearing all black clothing and was around 30 years of age.
The two suspects are described to both be young men.
One was on a black bicycle and was wearing a cap, grey top and blue shorts with a cross-body bag.
The other was described as wearing an all-grey tracksuit with his hood up, black trainers and a black cross-body bag.
This was witnessed by people on the street and officers would like to hear from them so they can identify those involved.
