
A motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a collision on Hartside Pass over the weekend.
Cumbria police is appealing for witnesses and information following the incident on the A686 at Hartside on Sunday, June 29.
The collision involved two motorcyclists and happened at around 12.10pm.
One rider was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries by the Great North Air Ambulance Service.
He remains in hospital. The second sustained minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment.
Police thanked members of the public who stopped at scene to assist and also appeal to any witnesses of the collision to contact police.
