People can order a larger bin in parts of West Cumbria following a change in waste collections.
Cumberland Council introduced fortnightly waste collections on May 26 in Allerdale.
Previously they had been weekly. People could order a larger 180 litre bin and the authority received 10,500 requests before the window closed.
It has now reopened the period for requests and people can ask for a replacement bin from now until July 31.
Access an online request form at www.cumberland.gov.uk/wastechanges
For people who have already made requests, deliveries are continuing and they do not need to ask for another bin.
If people cannot fit all your waste into their existing 120 litre bin, they can put out up to two bags of excess waste.
If an email address was provided when requesting a replacement bin, people will be contacted a day or a few days before the delivery.
People who don’t get their new bin over the next few weeks to carry on using their existing bin and to recycle as much as they can.
