
A Cumbrian farming estate is on the market for the first time with a £3.1 million price tag.
The Broadgate Estate, which includes a six-bedroom farmhouse in 500 acres, is near Millom.
It also features a listed former mill cottage with four bedrooms and an annexe, traditional farm buildings, woods and grassland.
There is also the opportunity to create a low ground shoot.
It is being sold by GSC Grays.

The estate, which is for sale as a whole or in seven lots, has been managed around a central farm tenancy which comes to an end in September, alongside three separate grazing agreements
The estate includes about 62.81 acres of amenity and more commercially managed woodland made up predominantly of native hardwoods.
