Shoppers at a South Cumbrian supermarket have helped raise over £20,000 for St Mary’s Hospice over the last 12 months.
Customers at Booths in Ulverston have been given the option to round up their shop by 25p and this has ranged £20,798.10p for the town-based charity.
Annabelle Holloway, corporate partnerships manager at St Mary’s Hospice, said: “We are so grateful to Booths and their diligent staff and to all the customers who chose to give back.
“This support has made a real and lasting difference to people and families in our community who rely on our care.”
