
It’s been all change at Penrith with Darren Edmondson moving on and Jim Nichols taking charge of the Bonnyblues.
The former Carlisle City boss took a season out and is refreshed and raring to go at Frenchfield.
They have had a useful and busy pre-season, although it did end in a defeat to Threave Rovers on Saturday.
Nichols thought there were plenty of positives to take from the game and is looking forward to the opening test at West Auckland.
He expects a tough opener against a club who have spent significantly during the summer and he tells John Walsh about his preparations for the new season, the new arrivals and how he believes Penrith will shape up in 2025/26.
