A man and woman have been found dead in Workington.
Police were called by the North West Ambulance Service to the report of a sudden death in the area of Findlay Place, at around 11.46am today, December 12.
Officers attended and a man and a woman were pronounced dead at the scene.
The woodland near Findlay Place has been fully taped off for around 30 metres.
The deaths are being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious.
Cumbria Police remain in the area and joint incident command unit’s are on site.
