Four charged in relation to supplying cannabis in Penrith

cannabis[F]our people from North Cumbria have been charged with conspiracy to supply Cannabis in Penrith.

The four charged are:

  • Zane Tinkler, aged 25, of Lowther Court, Penrith
  • Stacy Felton, aged 32, of Grove Court, Penrith
  • David Harold, aged 37, of Reeth Road, Carlisle
  • Matthew Graham, 22, of Lowther Court, Penrith

All four are scheduled to appear before North Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 23rd May 2017.

The charges follow a stop search by officers in Penrith town centre in November 2016.

Anyone with information on the supply of drugs is asked to contact police on 101 or if you wish to report information anonymously, you can do so by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
