[F]our people from North Cumbria have been charged with conspiracy to supply Cannabis in Penrith.
The four charged are:
- Zane Tinkler, aged 25, of Lowther Court, Penrith
- Stacy Felton, aged 32, of Grove Court, Penrith
- David Harold, aged 37, of Reeth Road, Carlisle
- Matthew Graham, 22, of Lowther Court, Penrith
All four are scheduled to appear before North Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 23rd May 2017.
The charges follow a stop search by officers in Penrith town centre in November 2016.
