[A]t 5:18am today, Friday 12 May firefighters were called to a Jack Russell stuck in a gate at Ormathwaite Hall, near Keswick.
A spokesman for Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said: “The dog was caught in the gate at its midriff and fire crews used holmatro rescue spreaders to release it.”
