[I]mpact Housing Association has awarded PPM Limited a potential 4-year contract which begins in July 2017. It is estimated the contract will be worth £3 million over the four years.

PPM Limited have been successfully delivering Void Work for Impact Housing in West Cumbria since April 2012 and were selected to deliver Responsive Repairs and Voids Works to the East of Cumbria following a rigorous tendering process which began in February 2017. PPM were able to evidence their excellent service delivery processes and outstanding focus on customer care within the tender following 15 years’ experience with other Housing Associations and Councils in Cumbria and Yorkshire.

Impact Housing’s Executive Director, Julie Monk said, “We believe PPM are well placed to deliver an effective responsive repairs and void service and look forward to strengthening our relationship and improving services to our current and future tenants.”

PPM’s Managing Director Gordon McGregor said “We are looking forward to continuing and extending our partnership working with Impact Housing Association. Having worked with Impact for the last 5 years, we are delighted to be able to continue providing excellent Customer Service, Value for Money and support within the local communities.”

The area covered by the contract extends from Carlisle and Eden in the north to South Lakes, Barrow and Lancaster in the south.
PPM Limited has offices and depots in Carlisle, Penrith, Workington and Leeds and have most recently opened a new depot in Millom, South Cumbria after winning the £25million repairs contract with Home Group.
