Cumbrian Ticketing Specialist Wins Danish Brief

Access control in operation in Denmark, thanks to Flame Concepts

[C]ockermouth-based event and tourism ticketing specialist, Flame Concepts Ltd, has won a prestigious contract with Danish event and conference management agency, Graham & Partners.

Graham & Partners is Denmark’s leading event specialist and strategist, known for creating highly bespoke events for clients including the Danish Maritime Authority and Maersk.  Winning its account was a huge coup for Flame Concepts, as its new client could find nothing comparable to the holistic suite of ticketing and technology-driven event management solutions it provides.

The fact Flame Concepts rejects one-size-fits-all practices, and always creates customised strategies that enable clients to better manage their events, enhance security and maximise ticket sales, was one reason why Graham & Partners wanted to partner with the Cumbrian company.

Already, following a few trips to Denmark, Flame Concepts is helping its new client add top-notch ticketing, access control, security and real-time reporting to the suite of services it offers to its high profile clients.

Speaking on behalf of Graham & Partners, Jane Graham says: “As an agency, we strive to create the best user experience for our clients’ events and conferences and this starts with the website and registration and ticketing systems.  With Flame Concepts’ advanced software, linked to its web design and support package,  this mission is achieved.”

Flame Concepts’ managing director, Steve Bishop. Says: “By offering everything from an online box office to a virtual cloakroom, and always thinking holistically and dynamically, we are rapidly becoming known as the digital solutions provider of choice within the UK’s event management sector.

“Winning this high-profile Danish brief demonstrates that European clients also recognise that our advanced solutions put us light years ahead of others.  The faith Graham & Partners has shown in us should help bring us to the attention of more UK-based event managers, tourism attractions and leisure providers.”

The Western Lake District company says it can have a ticketing solution in place for a client in a matter of days, and sometimes hours, allowing those running summer events to take advantage of its advanced solutions very quickly, to maximise sales and optimise efficiencies.

“Our systems and software can make events slicker, seamless and secure – three facets that any event manager or organiser should be looking to have in place,” adds Steve Bishop.
