[B]ritish Gymnastics held their National Development Pathway National Finals at the weekend at Telford International Centre.

Joseph Harrison, 19, from Wigton, won the 15+ NDP Level 5 championships.

Joseph, who trains at Apollo Trampoline Club, Washington, Tyne and Wear, has been competing since the age of seven.

This achievement is the culmination of many years dedication to the sport.

Joseph is now working hard to achieve his Level three coaching in trampolining alongside his university studies at University of York.

Joseph is an ex pupil of Trinity 6th form and has previously been awarded the Cumbria Sports Young Leader award, he is now pursuing a carer in coaching as well as judging trampolining competitions.
