[I]mages to show the progress being made at Story Homes’ The Oaks development in Clifton on the outskirts of Penrith have been released by the developer.

Situated on the fringe of the Lake District, the development of 59 high quality three, four and five-bedroom homes are set to offer the best of the town and country. Located in the beautiful village of Clifton the development features a collection of terraced, semi-detached and detached properties.

Story Homes’ Sales Manager, Susan Pollard said: “The Oaks is in a fantastic location and we’re really looking forward to opening up our highly anticipated new show home this week.

“The aerial photos show the progress we are making on the development. The initial street scene as you drive onto the site with the Rebel Tree that has been preserved makes for a really striking feature.”

The Rebel Tree marks the final battle in England in 1745, between Bonnie Prince Charlie and the Duke of Cumberland.

The five-bedroom Mayfair show home is due to open on Saturday 22 July following an exclusive invite-only launch event. The show home has been internally designed and dressed by renowned interior designer Suzanne Webster, who counts Next, Harpers Bazaar and Cosmopolitan amongst her clients.

For further information contact experienced sales executive Angela at the marketing suite to offer advice on availability from 10.30am until 4.30pm Thursday to Monday.
