[W]indermere-based business development and telemarketing firm, Coulson Associates has rebranded to become Collaborate Telemarketing.
Leading South Cumbrian, outsourced business development company has undertaken a strategic re-brand this winter to develop a new identity, detached from that of prominent sister company, The Family Business Network Ltd. Coulson Associates Ltd was originally formed by Sue Howorth back in 2011 and since then has undergone transformational changes and expansion requiring its identity to reflect the new values and vision.
Sue Howorth, of Collaborate Telemarketing said: “I wanted to create a brand that tells people instantly about who we are and what we do. The key is in the name – we work in collaboration with businesses to help them to develop their networks and growth opportunities through tailored telemarketing campaigns. “As many telemarketing companies are city-based, we also wanted to shout about our unique geographical location in the Lake District.”
As part of the business re-structure, the ever-expanding team has recently welcomed Emily Stringer on board as Operations Director. Owner, Sue commented: “With a background in telemarketing and media management, Emily brings a wealth of experience to the team at a really exciting time for the business.”
Sue herself was recently recognised for her outstanding work in business leadership at last year’s North West IoD (Institute of Directors) Awards when she picked up the ‘North West Director of the Year – Small Business’ gong!
