Craig Stevenson and Lucie Irwin

[L]ast Friday Story Homes successfully launched its brand new Aspen Grange development in Carlisle.

Throughout the afternoon, three plots at the new development were reserved, and a further two customers opted to place Early Bird reservations. The exclusive launch event took place at Carlisle Racecourse with over 60 people in attendance.

Craig Stevenson and Lucie Irwin were the first customers to purchase a plot at the launch event. Craig said: “As a Telephone and Broadband Engineer I spend a lot of time in other people’s houses, and the high quality of the Story Homes I’ve visited has always stood out. Lucie really liked the idea of buying a new build property, so for us, it had to be Story Homes.”

Lucie added: “After renting for a while we were really keen to purchase our first home together that we could really make our own – so we were delighted when we officially reserved plot 10, a 3-bed Hastings house type. I love to cook and so I’m most excited about our brand new kitchen – I’ve already started buying interiors magazines and cutting out images for design inspiration.”

Aspen Grange will offer an executive collection of carefully designed two, three, four, and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes. As well as a high specification throughout, the homes will feature exteriors incorporating traditional materials such as stone, brick and slate and a number of homes will overlook a feature pond.

Hayley Blair, Head of Sales at Story Homes explained: “We were really pleased that we were able to secure three reservations at our Aspen Grange launch event. A constant stream of visitors meant that our Sales team were kept busy throughout the course of the afternoon, and it’s really encouraging to hear the positive team feedback from members of the public.”

Aspen Grange will be marketed from Eden Gate, Houghton, until the Show Home opens in April 2018. For more information about the Aspen Grange development please call Tracey Brown on 07970 498924 or email aspen.grange@storyhomes.co.uk.
