[P]enrith based Elton Finance has launched a brand new division called Elton Business Support Services aimed at working with small to medium sized businesses.

Led by Director, Samantha Gargett, this new venture will offer access to support on a retained or ad hoc basis, in addition to running training courses.

Specialist Areas Include: Recruitment, Operational Procedures, Compliance, Staff Training and Customer Perception Monitoring.

Having worked at management level for a global recruitment company, along with experience in the education and healthcare sectors and her current role as Director in her family business, Samantha knows all too well that we are so busy running our businesses, we often overlook some very important areas of our operation.

Samantha explains “Having someone come in and work alongside your business with a neutral approach, as and when needed, can be invaluable. We have been approached many times by a number of our clients to help support their business through a particular piece of work, hence the decision was taken to expand into this area.”

Working with Samantha is Jennifer Bell who has a background in marketing, product placement and service level monitoring. Having worked at management level for a London based firm Jennifer dealt with high calibre clients such as Proctor & Gamble, Bendicks and Leaf. Jennifer’s specialism is carrying out research as to the level of service being received by your customers.

We very much look at your service or product “through the eyes of your customers” and then feedback our findings via a face to face feedback meeting and reports for you to keep as part of your internal quality monitoring procedures.

This is an exciting time for our business explained Managing Director, George Bell “we have been shortlisted in the 2018 Cumbria Family Business Awards, Professional Business & People Services category, our agricultural and business finance divisions are growing and now we are moving into a new field under the lead of Samantha who has many years’ experience in business and training, we are very much looking forward to what lies ahead for us.”

If you would like further information, please contact Samantha Gargett on (01768) 868287 or E-Mail info@eltonbusiness.co.uk
