Jessie Hope

[J]essie Hope of ‘Mindfulness Brings Hope’ is the organiser of this family friendly festival. The aim of the festival is to bring together local people to share their expertise and showcase what they have to offer for health and wellbeing through fun activities, classes, stalls, workshops and therapies.

A Wellbeing Festival based in the Eden Valley at the beautiful and picturesque Mains Farm camping site on the banks of the river Eden.

Held on the Weekend of the 8th 9th and 10th of June, this Family Health and Wellbeing Festival promises to create a memorable weekend through participation in a range of activities and workshops. Featuring yoga, Pilates and mindfulness, therapists on site, circus skills, forest school and entertainment. “Branch Out” forest school sessions are also available for young children.

After a day in the fields and paddle boarding on the river you can spend the evenings listening to live music; local acts such as singer songwriter Melanie Baker, Returning Leopards and Room Full of Mirrors. We also have entertainment with a pyrotechnics and aerial trapeze acts.

Wholesome and hearty food stalls will provide food throughout the day while the onsite prosecco van and gin bar will provide that additional opportunity to truly relax and enjoy the ambience of Feel Good.

Feel Good really is set to do just that “Make you feel Good”; a beautiful location, exercise, fun, laughter music and food, this weekend is all about you. So, join us in the Eden Valley for this exciting and unique, Cumbrian wellness event.
