Police are investigating a burglary of a building site on Ashfield Road, Workington, that took place in the early hours of Monday 28th January.
Tools were taken to the value of £2,000 and substantial damage was caused to the container in order to gain access to them.
During the burglary, two large diggers were also moved on the site.
Although the tools have been recovered, police would like to speak to anyone who may have heard or seen anything in the area
