Local company Prospus Group is extending their current offering to include a commercial property agency.
Prospus Group currently specialise in all aspects of property consultancy including planning, architecture, project delivery, and funding. The group also includes Prospus Marketing, a popular full-service marketing and graphic design agency based in Carlisle.
Prospus Group has worked with a number of major clients including Spar, Bouygues, The Alpine Club, and Low Carbon Ltd. This latest move sees the group establish a dedicated property agency specialising in commercial asset management, marketing, and land promotion.
Prospus Property will be marketing the new 26 office ModVillage shipping container development on Kingmoor business park, Carlisle. ModVillage will provide contemporary office space to local businesses and is a project that Propsus Group’s Consulting and Architecture teams have been instrumental in delivering.
