Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in the area of Ironworks Road, Barrow at approximately 10am today (4th June) .
The incident involved a van and a cyclist.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The cyclist an 81-year-old man from Barrow was taken to Furness General Hospital with injuries believed to be minor.
“The driver of the van a 60-year-old man from Barrow was uninjured.”
