On Sunday, July 7th, Wigton Motor Club will run their third annual Breakfast Meet at Lingholm Gardens, Portinscale near Keswick.
Owners of classic, vintage and interesting cars are invited to arrive at any time between 0900 and 1100 and gather on the splendid lawn at Lingholm. Coffee and breakfast rolls will be available in the famous cafe along with their usual range of gastronomic goodies.
It’s free to enter although it is helpful if the organisers know who is coming for catering.
Lingholm owner David Seymour is an enthusiastic classic car owner and member of Wigton Motor Club. In co-operation with Ron Palmer from the Club, this event started in 2017 and has grown steadily. Owners can mingle on the lawn or in the cafe and leave at any time to tour in the area or just head home.
