Police were called to an incident of arson at approximately 9.26pm Sunday 21st June, on Mid Street, Whitehaven.
Following the incident, a 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of arson, criminal damage, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of a controlled drug Class A and two counts of burglary and released under investigation.
