Police are investigating an assault occasioning actual bodily harm which occurred on New Street in Whitehaven on Saturday 10th October at approximately 9pm.
The suspect reportedly pulled the victim’s hair causing her to fall backwards onto the floor. The suspect had then continued to stamp on her hand and kick the victim, who sustained a broken finger and bruised head.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The suspect is described as a young white female, approximately aged 19, of slim build, with fair light-coloured curly hair and was wearing a short pink dress.”
