A man was punched and had his electric scooter stolen in what police are investigating as a robbery.
The incident took place at about 5.50pm on March 25 outside the Arco store in the Kingstown area of Carlisle.
During the incident, a man who was riding an electric scooter was approached by a blue car that came from the direction of the bypass, the occupant of the vehicle took the male’s scooter, assaulting him in the process causing minor injury.
Police are particularly interested in speaking with a witness who was present at the scene and also a cyclist who rode past at the time of the offence.
