A Carlisle personal trainer is embarking on a new venture which he believes is the future of the coaching industry.

Having established himself as an online trainer under his BC Fitness brand, Ben Crawshaw is now setting up his own facility with the support of his business partner and fellow director Michael Seggie who also owns other businesses within the city.

BC Fitness HQ opens on August 7 at the city’s St Nicholas Bridge business park.

Ben said: “This is no ordinary gym, this is more than just fitness.

“It’s a semi-private group personal training with a state-of-art gym and coaching from nutrition coaching, lifestyle coaching, mindset training, and weekly coaching called Tune Ups to educate and inspire you to become limitless.

“I’m a qualified personal trainer, but my knowledge and passion are far more than a PT. I’m a transformation coach, I am qualified for mental health in exercise coaching and studying to be a qualified nutritionist.

“Sessions are for all abilities and ages. It doesn’t matter whether you are completely new or an advanced gym goer. They are tailored to suit your abilities and training with like-minded people that want you to thrive.”
