Carlisle City have signed a former Carlisle United midfielder.
Ryan Swailes was released by the Blues at the end of last season.
A statement from Carlisle City said: “We are delighted to announce, subject to international clearance, the signing of Ryan Swailes. Swailes, 18, joins the club after a short spell with Gretna having left Carlisle United.
“He will provide competition within a number of positions across the squad. Welcome to the club Ryan.”
