CCTV has been released by detectives investigating a racist abuse incident in Carlisle.
Officers are probing a racially aggravated public order offence on July 8 between 2pm and 5pm.
A person entered Cumbria Tech on Fisher Street and made a hate-related comment towards a member of staff.
Police would like to speak with the person pictured to assist with the investigation.
