Bassist Pete Turner is the first Brewery Arts Ambassador as Brewery Arts gears up for its 50th anniversary next year.

Pete will work to help grow community-driven music events in Kendal, collaborating with Brewery Arts and young, local creatives on gigs, club nights and talent development schemes.

The first event to feature Pete in conversation is a free drop-in social event for people aged 18-30 or anyone interested in finding out more about the music industry. The event will take place on October 20 at 6.30pm in the Malt Room at The Brewery Arts Centre in Kendal. Entry is free but places are limited.

At the event, you’ll be able to hear from musicians and producers working locally and globally and meet other budding musicians, DJs, venue managers, club night producers, performers and artists. Entry is free but places are limited.
