A person had to be airlifted to hospital following a two-vehicle collision in South Cumbria.
Four fire engines attended the incident in Heslington, Kendal, at around 8.05am yesterday, February 24.
One person in a vehicle was cut out and then taken to hospital by air ambulance.
Crews were on the scene for around an hour and 30 minutes.
