Cleator Moor Celtic are through to the semi-final of the County Cup for Veterans.

The hoops got through with a 3-0 victory over Maryport after a very competitive game.

Both sides suffered from injuries and had to use substitutions to keep them at strength.

Robert Fowler (2-1 pen) and Gary George scored the Celtic goals and but for the efforts of the Maryport keeper it would have been a considerably bigger victory.
