
Police want to speak to a cyclist involved in a dispute with two drivers in Carlisle.
The male cyclist and occupants of two vehicles were involved in the incident, on Blackwell Road, on Sunday, September 4 at around 6.15pm.
It was near the Co-op store.
Officers say they investigating it as an incident of affray and dangerous driving.
They would like to speak with the male cyclist to establish what occurred during this incident. Anyone who witnessed this incident is encouraged to contact police
