
Three fire crews were called out to a West Cumbrian village to tackle a roof blaze.
Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service was called to Mason Terrace in Flimby, near Maryport, at around 9.50am yesterday, Sunday October 2.
The fire involved the roof of a domestic property. Firefighters used breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire. Crews were detained an hour and 30 minutes.
