A man from Stoke-on-Trent has been arrested after a Carlisle burglary at the weekend.
Police were called to St Joseph Gardens at around 10am on Sunday. It was reported a man entered the property and took items without permission.
The 24-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling – with intent to steal and theft. He has been released on police bail.
