A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault in Barrow.
Police are investigating the incident, on January 14, and are appealing for a key witness to come forward.
Officers want to speak to a taxi driver who picked up three people, one man and two women at the taxi rank on Cavendish Street, between 1.50am and 2.25am that day.
The taxi travelled to Ramsden Street where one of the women got out the taxi before it continued its journey with the two remaining people, dropping them off in at address in the area of the golf club/Rakesmoor Lane.
