A northern rural land and property specialist is expanding into Cumbria.
GSC Grays is opening new offices in Kirkby Lonsdale and Penrith.
Headed up by land agent Sam Cole, the firm has also recruited Holly Story, who heads up the company’s environment and sustainability team.
David Gray, chairman of GSC Grays, said: “These are exciting and challenging times. Our ambitious expansion plans are designed to deliver our expertise to an ever increasing number of clients.
“GSC Grays is all about offering a radically different and fresh approach and our new offices in Kirkby Lonsdale and Penrith continue this commitment.
“We now employ over 120 members of staff in 12 offices across the North of England, but we believe it is our local approach which adds real value and long lasting relationships as we continue to grow and expand our team of experts.”
GSC Grays are also able to offer farmers in the North West free and independent farm business advice through their Farm Business Advice Service.
