A man is set to appear in court today following an incident in a Carlisle car park.
Benjamin Connor, 47, of no fixed address, has been charged with possessing a knife in a public place after the incident on London Road yesterday, March 20.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Carlisle Magistrates’ Court today.
