Barrow are putting together a series of attractive pre-season friendlies in the run-up to the start of the 2023/24 League Two campaign.
Blackpool, relegated from the Championship in the season just ended, are the latest to confirm that they will be travelling to south Cumbria on Saturday, July 22.
Newcastle United have already agreed to send a team over to the So Legal Stadium a week later on July 29.
In between, on Tuesday July 25, Oldham Athletic will visit after Barrow start their build-up with three away friendlies at FC United (July 8), Holker Old Boys (July 11) and AFC Fylde (July 18).
The club says that it is still hoping to arrange another friendly on Saturday, July 15, although there is no indication as to whether this will be at home or away.
