Watchtree Nature Reserve is hosting its first ever 10k race – and there are only a few places left.
The event, on Wednesday, June 21, is sponsored by David Allen Financial Services.
It starts at 6pm and the route leaves the reserve and takes place over quiet, undulating country lanes and roads, with a big finish back at the reserve.
Parking is free and the Watchtree Visitors Centre Café will remain open throughout the event.
It is open to runners aged 15 and above and there are only 200 places.
The event will be timed and all entrants will receive a finisher’s medal.
All proceeds from the 10k run will go to Watchtree and projects on the nature reserve.
