Carlisle United have announced on their official website that Bimson Haulage will continue to be the club’s official shirt sponsor for the 2023/24 campaign.

Bimson first stepped on board with the club for the 2021/22 season, with their branding placed above the EFL names and numbers on the back of the shirt.

The sponsorship deal last season saw the logo switched to the chest and were rewarded with the most exiting Blues season for years.

Commercial manager Debbie Huddart said: “We’re heading into our third season of working closely with Bimson and, I have to say, they’re absolutely fantastic to deal with.

“It was particularly good to have them on board as we took on the challenge of securing the step up to League One last term, and I know they were extremely proud to be part of the community effort that got us over the line.

“Building strong relationships and partnerships is important to us here at the club, and this is a wonderful example of two locally respected organisations coming together in so many different and positive ways.

“We’re looking forward to working with everyone at Bimson once again this year.”

John Bimson said: “Bimson haulage are delighted to announce that for the second year running we will be the main shirt sponsor for Carlisle United.

“It has been an incredible journey and we are so proud to have been in partnership with our home town club during an unforgettable season.

“Everyone at the club have been a pleasure to work with and we are excited to further this relationship into the 2023/24 season in League One.

“On behalf of all the Bimson team, all our work colleagues, and especially the Bimson Family, we wish the best of luck to Simmo and the team.”

The Bimson family have been in business since 1947 and became established in the haulage industry in the 1970’s. Richard and John Bimson now represent the third generation of this successful local Cumbrian firm, that have become a national company operating from multiple locations across the UK.
