H&H Land & Estates has appointed a new residential lettings manager.
Pauline Carrera-Silva will be based at the company’s Borderway office in Carlisle and take responsibility for the management and development of the lettings team, and support the directors in identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion, the firm said.
She will also continue to represent the professional body, Propertymark as the regional executive for Lancashire and Cumbria.
Mark Johnson, managing director at H&H Land & Estates, said: “Pauline is joining us at a very exciting time for the company and we’re delighted to have her experience and enthusiasm to add a new dimension to a very important part of our property services portfolio.”
She begun her career as a junior with a Warwickshire agency in 1997 and served as lettings manager with the same firm for over 20 years until her appointment by H&H Land & Estates allowed her to fulfil a long-held dream to relocate to Cumbria.
