A man is due to appear in court in connection with an attempted burglary in Carlisle.
Richard Mark Foster, 50, of no fixed address, was charged today, October 3, with attempted burglary and vehicle interference.
He is remanded in custody ahead of appearing at North Cumbria Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Wednesday October 4.
The charges are in connection with an incident in Whinnie House Road, Carlisle, on October 2.
