A young man was seen running from the direction of the property towards a grey/silver hatchback and with another man driving who a witness has heard shouting with a Merseyside accent.

The vehicle drove off in the direction of Rusland.

The victim heard a car alarm going off and saw hazard lights flashing and found his vehicle has been broken into and gardening equipment taken from the car.

Property taken included two Honda lawnmowers, two Stile strimmers, a chainsaw, a Stile leaf blower and two Stile hedge trimmers.

The victim’s pick-up truck was also damaged.
