Peace vigils calling for a ceasefire in Gaza are continuing in Carlisle.
Palestine Solidarity Group Carlisle and District saw 50 people attend its thirteenth vigil on Saturday in the city centre.
Organisers said people had travelled from across Cumbria and Northumberland to join the latest event and that vigils will continue to be held for as long as necessary.
The group is also calling for local MPs to reject the Economic Activity of Public Bodies bill, known as the anti-BDS bill, that is due to go through parliament on Wednesday.
The bill seeks to prevent public bodies such as councils and universities from pursuing their own foreign policy agendas and also gives the Government the power to make regulations to exempt certain countries or territories from the restrictions.
It has been publicly opposed by groups including Amnesty International and Greenpeace who have claimed it is not democratic in nature.
The Carlisle group are additionally planning to host another fundraiser gig for medical aid for Palestinians at the Brickyard on April 5.
The previous event saw the group raise over £1000 and overall it has raised over £2100 in donations for Medical Aid for Palestinians.
