
An appeal has been launched after a woman was bitten by a dog in Carlisle.
The incident took place on Thursday afternoon February 8 in Hallin Crescent at around 4.15pm.
It involved a brown and white Staffordshire Bull Terrier-type dog. The woman was bitten on the arm. Her injuries were treated at the scene and she was not taken to hospital.
Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or who can help identify the owner of the dog.
