Police officers stopped a suspected unlicenced driving instructor giving paid tuition to a pupil in Penrith.
They were stopped today, Tuesday February 27.
Eden police said enquiries were ongoing and officers are urging learner drivers and parents to urgently check that their current instructor is licenced.
