Hyde United scored their third victory of the season over Workington to continue their push for a play-off place.
It finished 1-0 to the visitors but this was one time in their three defeats that Workington felt they should have something from the game.
Hyde were scoring their second win of the season at Borough Park, having won 3-1 in the FA Trophy before winning their home League game last month 2-0.
But goalkeeper Jordan Eastham, on loan from Blackburn, turned out to be Hyde’s hero in the closing stages as he made three outstanding saves in the last 10 minutes of the game to keep his side in front.
After blocking a drive from Conor Tinnion he saved the follow-up from Finn Wallbanks and then when Lewis Reilly found the target from the subsequent corner it was Eastham again who got down sharply to make a fine one handed stop.
Workington had been shading the first-half without seriously testing Eastham when Hyde took the lead in the minute added on at the end.
Jordan Little was dispossessed by Callum Spooner in his own area and the Hyde skipper found Lewis Alessandro who had a simple job in finding the empty net.

Although Eastham had not seriously tested in the first half Workington did get into good positions but were not able to make full use.
Sam Hetherington had Kitt Nelson inside the box and unmarked when he went for goal himself and didn’t get hold of it enough to test Eastham.
Dav Symington had one opportunity to find the target from the edge of the area but a rising drive just cleared the bar.
Then when Jordan Little got on the end of a Symington corner a superb diving header looked bound for the net but struck a team-mate and rebounded clear.
Workington were not as effective in the second half until the closing stages and before then Hyde went close to doubling their lead when Aran Fitzpatrick made a fine goal-line clearance to deny the Tigers’ substitute Antoine Makoli.
The lively Jack Redshaw caused problems down the left but Hyde were best served by keeper Eastham and the commanding defender Joel Amado.
Workington will not be in action again until a fortnight when they travel to Gainsborough for a League game.
Reds boss Danny Grainger said: “I thought it’s a game we should have won because we had more opportunities but they are a good side and they got their goal off a mistake.
“Overall I’m pleased with the performance again, but obviously disappointed in the result.
“We have a fortnight off now and will go again at Gainsborough. We want as many points from the last seven games as possible.”
