The former Jennings Brewery site is set to go under the hammer next week.
The 19th century brewery was scheduled to appear as a lot in a London auction with Auction House on March 12, but was withdrawn prior to the sale.
It will now appear as a lot with SDL Property Auctions on Wednesday, March 27, with a guide price of £750,000.
Owners Carlsberg Marstons put the brewery up for sale after it closed the riverside site in 2022.
Developed in 1874 by John Jennings, the once-bustling brewery sits on a 1.73 acre site.
Part of the brewery, the Grade II-listed former maltings building, had previously been granted planning permission for conversion into 16 residential flats.
The permission has since lapsed, but Auction House said potential investors may view it as an encouraging sign for future approval.
Carlsberg Marston has also stipulated a tenancy agreement included in the sale.
The company, which acquired the brewery in 2005, will rent part of the property on a six-month licence at a monthly rate of £2,500.
